How to find us

The map below shows our location. An Entrance and Reception are in our "Lancaster Hall Hotel", 35 Craven Terrace. You will find the other entrance, to our offices and to the Youth Lounge, at 31 Craven Terrace. The door is only open when one of us is there. If you approach from Lancaster Gate tube station, please note that Craven Terrace does not extend to Bayswater Road. Turn into Lancaster Gate which then leads into Craven Terrace.
