A photographic exhibition, giving a glimpse into the history of the German YMCA in London, will be on display in the area outside the General Secretary’s office from April to December 2010. Open daily.

The German YMCA in London has a long association with the German Seamen’s Mission in Britain which supports seafarers on ships in British harbours, regardless of nationality, race or religion. As part of our celebratory year, the German YMCA will support this important work by donating all proceeds and collections from these events to the German Seamen’s Mission. The monies donated will be used to directly support the seafarers through the purchase of phone cards to allow them to remain in contact with their families, from whom they are separated for many months at a time.
Please give generously to this very worthy cause! |
